M4Road Side did an amazing job.I was having all the difficulties of having a dead Tesla battery can bring. I called and they came at the right time they said they would.Then we tried jump starting the car with portable batteries , it was not enough.So they were willing to take out their own car’s battery (of course after checking compatibility) then connect it with the Tesla LV Battery with the cables and putting it in the frunk(hood). I was close to the charging station when this happened , may be 300ft away. Then they were willing and happy about pushing the car to the supercharger station manually after putting it on a tow mode. I am happy now and the car is fully charging, up and running. Very respectful, above and beyond collaboration with a reasonable and affordable price. Thank you so much. ~ Dagi A

My Subaru outback was parked in my garage with a flat tire. Mike came over within 15 minutes after my call. Because of the position of the nail protruding on the sidewall of the tire, it’s non-repairable. Mike left with the bad tire and came back within 35 minutes, replacing it with a brand new tire. The whole thing took a little over an hour. Mike is proficient at his job, pleasant to talk to. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service, highly recommend this business. Exceptional service! It’s Thanksgiving morning and I’m on 75 heading to Houston when the low pressure sensor for my tires starts flashing like crazy! I call for assistance and Mike was there within 15 minutes. He checked my tires physically and then checked the pressure. When both checked out fine he agreed with the general opinion (the Internet, other Prius owners, etc) that it was a sensor issue. Awesome place, highly recommend!! Blew 2 tires on a long drive in the middle of the night, the gentleman on the phone guided us through next steps and came out to fix the car before we were awake to continue the drive for next day. I made a quick call and this young professional man made it to me in less than 20 minutes everything took less than 10mins to fix even though the space between was very tight.
